Join Darcy, to learn the basics of self-defense.

This is an opportunity to learn practical and tactical self-defense. We will help arm you with the skills to be able to recognize pre-contact cues and deescalate conflict. During the seminar, you will learn basic, proven self-defense techniques that may save your life or protect you and your family from danger.

*Trigger alert* Please inform instructors in advance if you have had past trauma or need additional support during this seminar as it does simulate dangerous situations.
